Passport & Palate Ready? We're heading to Europe! Have your palates ready for some food and wine pairing lessons. We're goin on a culinary and wine pairing journey. On this journey we will be specifically pairing wines from Theresa's recent trip to France and Italy. You'll want to be sure to join us for this fun and informative tasting that will have us tasting wines from a couple famous regions in France to one of the furthest most northern wine regions of Italy. Chef Vincent is preparing some tasty items for our food pairings, and we can't wait to see what you think of the wines we'll pair with them. Served with ribeye, mashed potatoes and an expresso vodka sauce

2. Use your bank Bill Pay option. This does take a few days longer for it to reach the P.O. Box. You will need to add Alliance of Sommeliers to your bank Bill Pay receivers. It is paid to the 'Alliance of Sommeliers'. There is no phone number for the Alliance, so just enter your phone number where it asks, so you'll get a call back if there is a problem.

Cancellation Policy: Since hard physical costs are lost due to cancellations and no-shows, the board of the Alliance of Sommeliers has deemed it necessary to have a consistent cancellation policy. An email 'Yes' rsvp is a "request" for seating. Payment received by AOS is a "guarantee" of seating. If it is necessary to cancel, please do so no later than 12pm the day of the event by sending an email to: Cheers@OrlandoSomm.com (preferred method) or talking to a board member no later than 12pm the day of the event.

1. A cancellation prior to 12pm the day of the event will receive a full refund.

2. A no-show without prior cancellation will not receive a refund or a credit.
